ST Hub: Team Management in STEVO

What Is ST Hub?​

ST Hub is STEVO's new team management feature. You can now add collaborators to your account without having to share your login and password!

💡 Why does this matter?

  • Your employees have their own access
  • You don't need to share your password
  • Full control over what each collaborator can do
  • Payment data stays protected (LGPD/GDPR)
  • Each collaborator keeps their personal account separate

Where to Access It?​

  1. Access the STEVO panel
  2. In the top corner, click the ST Hub icon
  3. You'll see your account and the option to manage your team

How to Add a Collaborator

Step 1: Access Team Management​

  1. Click the ST Hub icon (top corner)
  2. Click Manage Team

Step 2: Set the Company Name​

Before inviting, give your company a name:

  1. Type your company name
  2. This name will appear to the collaborator to identify your team

Step 3: Invite a Collaborator​

  1. Click Invite
  2. Type the collaborator's email
  3. Click Send
  4. The system will generate an invite code
  5. Send this code to the collaborator

Step 4: Collaborator Accepts the Invite​

The collaborator needs to:

  1. Create a STEVO account (if they don't have one)
  2. Log in to their account
  3. Enter the invite code you sent
  4. Click Process Invite
  5. Done! Invite accepted!

How It Works for the Collaborator

After accepting the invite, the collaborator will have:

Two separate accounts:

💡 How to switch:

  1. Click the ST Hub icon
  2. Select which account to access
  3. Switch between personal and company accounts easily

Scenario: You have an agency with 3 employees who need to manage your clients' instances.

  • Sharing login and password with everyone

  • No one sees your payment data
  • Everyone can manage the instances
  • Full security and control

Quick Step-by-Step

For the Account Owner:​

  1. Click the ST Hub icon
  2. Click Manage Team
  3. Set the company name
  4. Click Invite
  5. Type the collaborator's email
  6. Click Send
  7. Copy and send the code to the collaborator

For the Collaborator:​

  1. Create a STEVO account (if you don't have one)
  2. Log in
  3. Enter the invite code
  4. Click Process Invite
  5. Done! Now you're part of the team
