Complete Tutorial – Automatic Multi-Number Management in GHL

🎯 Objective

Automate number switching in GoHighLevel whenever a client sends a message from different WhatsApp numbers, ensuring organized and clear customer communication.

Step by Step

1. Set Up Tags and Numbers

Each number connected to GHL needs its own tag:

Number	Tag
General Number	CS
EL Number	EL
Kaylany Number	Kaylany
Finance Number	Financeiro

2. Create an Automation Workflow

Go to:

• GHL → Automations
• Click "Create Workflow"

3. Configure the Trigger

• Choose Trigger: Contact Reply
• Save and continue

4. Create a Source Condition

1. ✅ Click Add Condition
2. ✅ Select "Message Contains Phrase"
3. ✅ Add the Source value of the specific number (ex: EL number)
4. ✅ Add an exclusion condition: Do NOT enter if the contact already has the Tag (ex: CS)

5. Configure Actions

Add the following actions under the condition:

Action	Description
Add Tag	Example: "CS" (prevents entering the workflow again)
Send SMS	Configure the Switch change to the specific number
Remove Other Tags	Remove tags from numbers that won't be used
