Complete Tutorial – Automatic Multi-Number Management in GHL
🎯 Objective
Automate number switching in GoHighLevel whenever a client sends a message from different WhatsApp numbers, ensuring organized and clear customer communication.
Step by Step
1. Set Up Tags and Numbers
Each number connected to GHL needs its own tag:

| General Number | CS |
| EL Number | EL |
| Kaylany Number | Kaylany |
| Finance Number | Financeiro |
2. Create an Automation Workflow
Go to:
- GHL → Automations
- Click "Create Workflow"
3. Configure the Trigger
- Choose Trigger: Contact Reply
- Save and continue
4. Create a Source Condition
- ✅ Click Add Condition
- ✅ Select "Message Contains Phrase"
- ✅ Add the Source value of the specific number (ex: EL number)
- ✅ Add an exclusion condition: Do NOT enter if the contact already has the Tag (ex: CS)
5. Configure Actions
Add the following actions under the condition:

| Add Tag | Example: "CS" (prevents entering the workflow again) |
| Send SMS | Configure the Switch change to the specific number |
| Remove Other Tags | Remove tags from numbers that won't be used |
