What is STProxy
Why use a proxy?
STProxy is Stevo's dedicated proxy service. It gives your instance an exclusive IP: all traffic from that WhatsApp number goes out to the internet through the same address, instead of sharing the server's IP with many other numbers.
In practice, this means:
- More protection for your number — the IP reputation is yours alone, not affected by other users' behavior.
- More connection stability — fewer drops and disconnections caused by shared IPs.
- Essential for broadcasts or high-volume operations.
How it works
Each STProxy is a dedicated IP, purchased for your number's country and linked to your account. Once applied to the instance, that WhatsApp number always connects through that IP — like having its own fixed address on the internet.
Each dedicated IP serves one instance. If you have several numbers, get one proxy for each.
The plans
STProxy comes in three tiers, each with a different IP profile:

How to purchase and activate
The video above shows the full process. In short:
- Purchase the STProxy plan for your number's country.
- Once payment is confirmed, the IP is provisioned automatically and linked to your account.
- Apply the proxy to the instance in the Stevo panel — the instance reconnects using the new IP.
- Done: check the connection and keep using it normally.
Common questions
Do I need to reconnect the number when applying the proxy? The instance reconnects on its own using the new IP — no need to scan the QR Code again.
I purchased it but the IP didn't show up, or the proxy won't connect. Contact Stevo support through the service group — the team will check the provisioning and fix it for you.
Is it worth it if I don't do broadcasts? If the number matters to your operation, yes: a dedicated IP protects your connection's reputation in any scenario. For broadcasts and high volume, it's strongly recommended.
