What Is the AI Coach
The AI Coach is the Stevo Voice assistant that follows your call in real time. While you talk to the customer, the AI transcribes the conversation and suggests how to guide the interaction, helping you sell better and never miss an important point.
The Coach works on calls made through the dialer and in the Call Center.
The AI Coach guides you, the operator, during the call. You are the one talking to the customer — the AI only listens and gives tips.
How to Use It During the Call
- Start a call normally from the Call tab (or through the Call Center)
- On the call screen, click Enable AI coach
- Tips start appearing in two columns:

- Use Clear tips to empty the panels whenever you want
- To end the coach without hanging up the call, click Disable AI coach
Configuration
In the Stevo Voice Settings tab you can customize the AI Coach:
- Turn the AI Coach on/off
- Niche context: describe your business, products, and common objections. The more context, the more accurate the tips.
After writing the context, click Save context.
Usage and Cost
The AI Coach consumes your wallet balance while it is active. During the call, the panel shows how much has been consumed so far (for example: "using your wallet • $0.00 consumed").
If the balance runs out during the call, the coach is automatically ended with the message "AI Coach ended: wallet balance depleted". The call itself continues normally.
After the Call
All the analysis generated by the AI Coach is saved together with the recording, in the Recordings tab. There you can review the transcript and suggestions per call, as well as generate the full post-call analysis (summary, strengths, areas to improve, suggestions, and a score).
Use the niche context to train the coach with your team's language. This significantly improves the quality of the suggestions over time.
