🎯 What are Smart Broadcasts?
Smart Broadcast is an exclusive STEVO V2 feature that allows you to send mass messages safely and efficiently, drastically reducing the risk of ban.
💡 Why is it smart?
- Automatic rotation between multiple instances
- Automatic message variation with AI
- Smart delay between sends
- Automatic splitting of long messages
- Anti-ban button that simulates WhatsApp
- If one instance goes down, it automatically continues with the others
⚠️ Important: Unofficial API and Bans
Many people are afraid of getting banned, but understand:
- As long as WhatsApp Web exists, the unofficial API will exist
- What causes bans the most are broadcasts done incorrectly
- With Smart Broadcast, you drastically minimize this risk
STEVO was developed to help you broadcast correctly and safely.

📍 Where to Access?
- Access the STEVO V2 panel
- Click on the Campaigns tab in the side menu
- Click Create Campaign
🚀 Creating a Campaign
1. Campaign Name
Give a name to identify your campaign, for example: "Black Friday 2024" or "Lead Reactivation".
2. Instance Selection
Here's the magic of smart rotation:
- One instance: Leave only it checked
- Multiple instances: Check all you want to use in rotation
💡 Advantage: If one instance goes down or gets banned during the broadcast, the system automatically ignores it and continues sending through the other instances. Your operation doesn't stop!
3. Broadcast Message
Write your message using variables for personalization:

4. AI Variations (Anti-Ban)
To avoid sending the same message every time, use AI to generate variations:
- Write your base message
- Click Generate Variations
- Choose how many variations you want (up to 20)
- AI will create the same message with different words
💡 Benefit: The system will rotate between all variations AND all instances, making it much harder to detect it's a mass broadcast.
5. Recipients
You have 3 ways to add contacts:
Option 1: Manual
Type the numbers separated by comma:
5527999999999, 5527888888888, 5527777777777
Or with name (separated by semicolon):
5527999999999;Ellison Alves, 5527888888888;John Smith
Option 2: Import CSV
Upload an Excel/CSV file with columns:
- Phone
- Name
Option 3: Fetch from GHL (Recommended)
- Click Fetch from GHL
- Select the tags of the contacts you want
- The system automatically imports all recipients
💡 Tip: This is the most practical way since your database is already in GHL!
🛡️ Anti-Ban Settings
This is the most important part to avoid getting banned:
Smart Delay
Enable automatic delay and the system will:
- Vary the time between sends from 6 to 60 seconds
- Automatically choose the best time to send
- Rotate between messages and numbers
⚠️ Recommendation: Always leave it enabled at 100%!
Message Splitting
If your message is too long, the system can automatically split it:
- Set the character limit (e.g.: 100, 200, 300)
- The system splits into multiple messages
- Simulates human typing behavior
Example: A 300-character message with a 100 limit will be sent in 3 separate messages.
Scheduling
Configure when the broadcast should happen:

💡 Tip: Never send on weekends or late at night! Configure to send only during business hours.
Anti-Ban Button (Cherry on Top 🍒)
This feature simulates an official WhatsApp button:

💡 How it works:
- The client receives your message
- Below appears a "WhatsApp button"
- The client thinks it's official and clicks
- If they click "No", you know they don't want to receive
- You can remove from the list or treat differently
Benefit: The client thinks they're interacting with WhatsApp itself, not with a mass broadcast!
📊 Monitoring Campaigns
After creating the campaign, you can track:
- Click the purple button on the campaign
- See the status of each send:
- Which instance sent
- Which number was used
- Send time
- Status (sent, error, pending)
